No. We care about what you can do, what you have shipped, and how you think — not which lecture hall you sat in. For most engineering and consulting roles, a strong portfolio, GitHub history, or relevant project work matters far more than credentials.
Absolutely. Send your CV and a short note to careers@strengthheights.co.ke describing what you do best. We review every speculative application and reach out when a fit opens up.
From application to offer is typically 2–3 weeks. We respect your time — every stage is scheduled within 7 days of the previous one, and we always send a yes/no within a week of your final interview.
Yes — most roles are hybrid by default. We expect 2 days per week in our Nairobi office for collaborative work, with the rest flexible. Some senior and consulting roles support fully remote arrangements anywhere in EAT (±2h).
You get a written 30/60/90-day plan, a dedicated buddy outside your direct team, and shadow time with senior colleagues. By day 30 you have shipped something real; by day 90 you own a meaningful slice of your team's roadmap.
