Strength Heights Limited (SHL) is seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and strategic Marketing Manager to lead the company’s marketing initiatives, brand positioning, and business growth activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that increase brand visibility, generate leads, strengthen customer engagement, and support revenue growth across the company’s solutions and services portfolio.

The Marketing Manager will oversee both digital and traditional marketing activities while working closely with sales and management teams to drive market expansion and customer acquisition.


Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Brand Management

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Build and strengthen the SHL brand presence in Kenya and regional markets.
  • Manage brand consistency across all marketing platforms and materials.
  • Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.

Digital Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, SEO, and online advertising platforms.
  • Manage the company website and digital content to ensure relevance and engagement.
  • Track and optimize campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools.
  • Develop creative marketing content including brochures, presentations, videos, and promotional materials.

Lead Generation & Business Development Support

  • Work closely with the sales team to generate qualified leads and support conversion strategies.
  • Develop marketing initiatives that increase customer acquisition and retention.
  • Coordinate promotional activities, product launches, and corporate events.
  • Support proposal development and corporate presentations where necessary.

Market Research & Analytics

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide regular marketing reports and insights.
  • Monitor ROI across marketing initiatives and recommend improvements.

Partnership & Corporate Communications

  • Build relationships with media partners, agencies, and strategic stakeholders.
  • Manage public relations and corporate communication activities.
  • Support internal communication and employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or business development.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools.
  • Experience in B2B marketing and technology-driven environments is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in graphic design, content creation, or marketing automation tools is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
